Ticket question
Hey FWers, is there any advantage to buying my tickets now as opposed to later? Our trip isn't till December. I did look through the ticket thread to see if I could find some info on this but I didn't see anything.
Also- can I get the tix with will call when we check into FW? Thanks in advance! You guys are my favorite.

Rumor is tickets will be going up in April, So buying now is a good idea. I don't know about picking them up, we always add them to our site and make a package.
You could order from Undercover Tourist and have them mailed to you at a discount.

![]() Can undercover tix be linked to the FW reservation? (I apologize in advance if these are frustrating questions for you guys! I swear I learn more every day here than I didn't even know I didn't know )Looks like undercover is going to save at least $100!! Last edited by Jennifer41; 02-17-2013 at 10:22 AM. |

Yep, we'll be buying before April when it's rumored to go up.

I say may only because we have tried this twice and had trouble once, the person at the front desk did not add them properly and when we got to the park it cost us about an hour to fix the problem. I have read on here where others have had success. Our most recent trip was not a problem at all, the tickets were added and we were off and running. Don't worry about asking questions, people on here are happy to help. I only found this site after our first trip and had I found it before I would have saved myself a lot of trouble. Have fun and keep the questions coming.

If you have the money and know what type/amount of days you need then I would suggest getting them now. There will most certainly be a price increase prior to December and thus you could avoid that. Also, I am another Dis'er who loves Undercover Tourist. We have used them multiple times and have always been happy with their service.
![]() If by some chance you are considering the no-expiration option then I suggest buying them sooner than later, as the rumor is that Disney will not be offering them too much longer. |

I have bought Undercover Tourist tickets and had them added at guest services at the settlement. No problem.I worry they`ll quit this practice as everything goes to the RFID KTW cards.

Cosmicdaisy, Yes. You can hold onto them as long as you need. Once you activate them they are valid for 14 days, (unless, of course, you purchase the no-expiration option).

Dont forget to use the mousesaver link to to undercover tourist for the best prices.
I wonder about the wristbands too. They must be going to them soon since they've removed half of the turnstiles at the parks already. Unfortunately we've got paper APs and will still be stuck at the turnstiles for awhile.

My understanding from listening to the DIS podcasts, etc. is that the use of the wristbands will remain completely optional. Therefore a physical medium like paper tickets or even putting the ticket info on a KTTW card probably won't go away.
But I've got a couple "E-ticket" coupons that probably are no longer valid. ![]() Bama ED

We actually just bought our 1 and 2 year olds tickets for use in 3 years tonight on Undercover tourist because they still had the no expiration option on them and in the end is going to save us so much money. My husband and I bought our 10 day plus extras and no expiration 2 years ago still have not used then but saved so much money.
