Jumping onboard too!! Those beignets look heavenly! (not as good as Cafe du Monde in New Orleans... but I'm a bit prejudice there!

The beignets look delicious, actually they are delicious! The open sandwiches from Earl, look a bit less than appetizing in picture, thank goodness all that goeyness is tasty!! Our faves, tuna melt, Earl's club and the ham & swiss!
Looking forward to what's next!

Landscapes of Flavor Breakfast
Day two of our vacation started out nice and slow. We wanted to check out the Art of Animation Resort because DS loves Cars and DD loves Little Mermaid, and they both love The Lion King and wanted to see the hotel themes. So, we decided to head that way for breakfast since I saw they had some unusual selections. We got there around 9:30 and it was crazy inside Landscapes of Flavor. We made our way through the lines and luckily, we all decided on something from the same section. I chose the Steak & Egg Burger with a side of hash brown potatoes. DH got the Bounty Platter. Both kids selected the chocolate chip pancakes with fruit on the side instead of the meat. They also got a side and drink with their meals. One chose grapes and water while the other went with apples and water. DH and I both got a Vitamin Water with our meal. The kids seemed to enjoy theirs just fine but DH and I both thought ours weren't very good at all. They were lacking in flavor, very bland, cold, and just not appetizing at all. It actually turned us off to counter service breakfast in general, and I think we will be having a small breakfast in the room and an early lunch from now on!

Ohana! I didn't want the kids to go that long without food, so they got a few snacks in the afternoon. We brought some fruit, yogurt, and cheese sticks from home so they snacked on that. Then it was time for a big surprise for my DH this trip --- the Exotic Driving Experience! He had an absolute blast in the Ferrari Italia 458. He is a huge car guy, and this just made his vacation (probably his year, actually). Here he is: ![]() Up next, Ohana!

The size of the pictures is just right! That movie night at POFQ just looks so nice and relaxing. Great idea to save marshmallows for your hot cocoa! Sounds like a great trip so far.
