Help: I am at WDW but my charger is home, - The DIS Discussion Forums

Hi, in a rush of family drama and blizzard worries I left home without the charger for my D90. We are staying at the Boardwalk. I have 50% of my power left and 4 more days. Does anyone have any advice. Thanks!!

Call the local camera shops and see if they have what you need.

Kingdom Rental is down there. I'm sure they will or any camera shop will hook you up. Ask to rent it for a few days. Cash is king. Just got back from the BoardWalk! Good luck!

I did not but I found out that some of the Photo Pass desks in the resorts will charge your battery for you....at least this was the case with my camera and another guest right before me today! This should get me through the rest of the trip.

Thanks for that. I'm also a D90 user so it seems there may be a slight advantage having the same camera as the Photopass photographers. That was clever thinking on your part - I don't think it would have occurred to me to ask the Photo Center staff
