Recipe Help Please: Thin Mint Memory of over 30 Years Ago!
I often made a desert using Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies. It has made me almost crazy trying to find this recipe to make these for the last several years, I hope you all can help. You made this in a muffin pan, by first putting in a cupcake paper, then a cookie. Then I made a white creme or batter type mix, I remember putting peppermint flavoring in it and I actually think it was made out cool whip?? You pour that on top of cookie. Put that in the freezer like an hour, then put a half cherry on top and chopped nuts if desired. You kept these frozen, pull out and eat. Did not need to thaw, it was soft, like butter.

Couldn't find anything on it -- You could probably adapt a grasshopper pie recipe for the center, though.
