Yahweh Earning My Ears Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Summerside, PEI, Canada Posts: 42	Canadian DVC Resale I just finished a meeting with the Disney DVC agent and found out that because of real estate laws we cannot buy DVC from our home province but have to purchase it while in Florida. This seems to be pretty common knowledge. Ontario and Alberta residences are the exception to this rule. My Question is do the same restrictions apply when buying a DVC resale? We live in PEI.
