Does Disney ever offer discounts on their deluxe suites?

If you mean the deluxe villa suites from the DVC properties...then yes they do sometimes. If you mean the deluxe suites in the regular hotels, then I don't know about those.

The only suites I have ever seen discounted are the Garden Suites at BWI. They are lovely!
