I saw the Disney shoes at DSW, too! The ones you chose are very cute. You were smart to get them before they were gone!
Thanks! I will admit that I like having everything in one place lol

I talked to Joe about a month ago (late update I know) but I do have a good reason lol....first school just started up last week & Justin's cousin was staying with us (for almost a month) & he just left on Sunday. Joe said he could 'roughly' pencil us in for May 28 (Wed) & asked if we had any backup days, we went with the 27 & the 29 (Tues or Thurs), because we don't know where we want our reception to be held yet he couldn't regularly pencil us in (if that makes sense) lol. He told me that we have 2 choices we can either decide from pictures on their website or we wait until July (we're going for vacation ) & we can do site visits & we can take what's left...including Wedding Pavilion times. I talked to Justin about it a couple nights ago & he agreed that we should at least try to decide from pictures & go from there. Getting whatever is left isn't AS bad with the reception area because we don't really know where we want to go yet, but it is horrible with the Wedding Pavilion because I absolutely do NOT want the 10 a.m. slot! We would prefer wither the 2(ish) slot or the 5(ish) slot.
We have an appointment in July 8 to talk to Joe (well maybe Joe he wasn't sure who we would be talking to because I made the appointment so early.) At this appointment he said we would go over the billing process & site visits if we want/need them. (If we decide based on pictures then I just email or call him & tell he'll 'regularly' pencil us in) I didn't know there was a difference but I guess there is....I'm pretty excited about our trip in July because everyone is going (Justin & I, his dad, & my parents) so it's a full family vacation lol.
In other wedding news I'm still addressing Save the Dates, because while his cousin was here I was averaging maybe getting 2 a day done...if I was lucky lol. So much for my getting them out by the end of January thought, oh well my new goal is getting them in the mail before Justin & I go to Denver in February....That's my hope anyway lol

Quick Update

It's been awhile since I've had a real update, but this one is fairly short. Joe called me last Friday (March 29) to inform me that while we are there for our site visit in July we won't be able to see the Wedding Pavilion because it will be under refurbishment starting on July 8 (the day of our site visit) so if we want to see it we have to go on the 7th in between weddings that are taking place that day. So we are going sometime in between 11-1:15 as of now because there is no 12:00 ceremony taking place.
In other wedding news, our guests are pretty divided right now lol, some are so excited that our wedding is at Disney and others hate that it is. While talking to Joe I asked about a couple of reception possibilities (our top 2) and at both we can have a max of 40 people. So needless to say we are cutting the guest list down, especially all of the negatives (except those in our families), honestly I am completely fine with this because we are going to have a reception in Wichita, KS (about an hour from our hometown) a couple of months after the wedding. This was planned way before we found out about the 40 people thing at our favorite sites.
In DIY news I have started a newsletter template and will fill in more information when our date/time is confirmed. Our newsletter is mostly basic Disney stuff, because for most of our guests this will be their first time there. That's about all I've done on the DIY front which is probably a bad thing lol.
