There seems to be one about every 3 months...but the construction history at WDW since AK opened has not been anywhere close to that impressive.

People say they can't have an Indiana Jones ride because Dinosaur is basically the same ride system. That hasn't stopped Universal from putting in a Transformers ride, some say it's exactly the same ride layout or very similar to Spider-Man.

CAST MEMBERS KNOW NOTHING.

never did, never will...they are low level, interchangeable cogs in the machine who are paid to service, not to think.

There are two type of cast:
Current and Former Cast that accept this as truth (such as the moron at my keyboard)

Current and Former Cast that don't accept it...also defined by Merriam Webster as "delusional"

the only thing i can say about this "source" is that he/she seems to have some web skill and the blog is nicely designed/ layout...

still no information worth reading...but at least theres that.

Geez...can't believe i fell for this one. Must have a touch of the flu or something

I agree with the above statement. The only way a cast member at that level will ever know anything is if that change will be effecting that cast member's work. Even when this happens not all the details are given.

With WDWNews, this is what I'm interested in. I wonder how credible his sources are. I won't believe it until they announce it.

And even then....until they start vertical construction, it's not a given.

Hyperion Wharf, Eagle Pines, Disney's DC Hotel, etc.

Cast Members might not be told a lot, but I think we're all reaching for the stars and our definition of "big" might be different from the cast member's. Also, a different cast member in this thread said the announcement is something to do with Magic Kingdom - so, given the new Fantasyland changes that are occurring, it must be something about the Pirate game (can't think of the name) or something along those lines. I think we should be lowering our expectations and think along the lines of an enhancement vs. new land or rides.

It looks a lot like a pirate version of Agent P in World Showcase. You get a map instead of a phone, go complete some tasks, and are welcomed as a pirate, instead of a secret agent.

Thanks for posting that! I'm all for extra interactive stuff, so I can't wait to try this out of my next trip. New additions, whether big or small, help add to the magic. My hubbie and I enjoyed Sorceror's even though we're both in our 30s and have no kids.

to me star wars just isnt "disney" but it doesnt bother me since its easy enough to avoid, but im praying that avatar land is NEVER put onto Disney property.

Hope I don't get "flamed" for this but I totally agree. I LOVE Disney....but to me Disney and Star Wars are not one in the same. I'm sure Star Wars would draw crowds if done well but it's not something I would love.
