I have to have a lo that can get all 5 of us in it... I just happened to take one of DS16 horizontal so it worked out perfectly!!!
oh I was thinking that would be a pic of the carrousel itself but then there are only 4 of us (hmmm well there will be 8 on the next trip if sister doesn't back out)

My family drove me nuts, and then I got stuck in traffic
Washed my hair and wham, several ideas hit me all at once!

That would be a perfect place for a photo of the carrousel...

I'm hoping to do that with my 2012 LO... because I don't think my photo was one I liked and since I'm scrapping.. I can omit my photo!!!

Thanks Nan! I love using sketches for inspiration, and using up my stash in the process!

I'm dependent on sketches now, if not I spend hours/days/weeks deciding on photo placement..

My goal the til the end of Feb is to use scraps in all of my LOs...
I have been really leaning toward the scrapbook generation LOs that use the small pieces of coordinating papers... I'm anxious to try them this weekend since it is so out of my comfort zone... pattern papers still scare me! LOL

Hi! I wanted to share my attempt at this Layout
I like lurking and looking at all of the layouts, but this is the first time I attempted it right away!

I think I'll do the journaling with the cut-out words, like the original layout. This is for Donald's Safari Breakfast.
