Wow everyone is doing really well, all that positivity is contagious.

Not quite sure how it happened as I did no exercise last week (well apart from looking after a 2yo and a 13 week old) but I lost 4lbs this week so I'm very happy.

Won't be expecting as much next week but if I can manage to not gain I'll be happy.

Oh rats! A STS for me this week, but not really surprised - I had 3 meals out this week and was a bit out of control. Back on it like a car bonnet!

I've lost 3lbs of Christmas podge, so no real progress in my eyes yet. Once I get down on my 'original' weight, I'll be happier!

I've been lying on a white sandy at Castaway Cay with a Konk Kooler in my hand (I wish )

I've just weighed-in and I am happy to have STS after having a weekend away with hubby to celebrate his birthday Fingers crossed for a loss next week

Don't let that stop you be positive and motivated for the week to come, maybe get out for an extra walk or what ever you like to do. It might just be a fluctuation if you know you were good. Other wise get those trainers on and you will be so happy to have a minus next week. (ps all easier said than done I'm no angel just trying to be encouraging Hehe x )

Don't stress Jazzy, it's a new week for you, and next week you could lose it again with a little more added too Try not to let it get you down, you know you can do it Lots of luck for next week

I just think you will find you lose more in the next couple of weeks, don't stress out keep exercising and eat healthily and you will be fine.
