Thinking of joining D23. Are there good discounts? Is the magazines and gifts worth $75? Any other perks?
Any thoughts on D23 would be appreciated.

I did read a few other D23 threads. I know basics. Is there any little known perks?

You’ll find everything you want to know about D23 on their web page. I am a Charter Member. The club just gets better and better.

I have a hard time coughing up the full amount although I know I will probably buy the magazines anyways.

What is it about being a member for you that is so great?
I am trying to decide if this is right for us. There are so many people that say it's great, but whats great? I am a huge Disney fan. I get discounts with my PAP, so other than the magazines what makes D23 special?

D23 puts on so many different things to do. They put on an annual Anniversary Party, mixers, studio tours, shopping experiences (Mickey’s of Glendale), movie screenings at the studios, the Expo’s the list goes on and on. Meeting Disney Legends at events (parties) and making new Disney friends is part of why I think D23 is great. I too am a huge Disney Nut the events that D23 have been able to put together have been amazing.

Thank you. I live in the central valley Ca. So I don't know if we would make it to many events, but they sound interesting. Even if we could go to one or two it might be worth it.
