Thanks! It was an amazing upgrade! We loved Poly CL! No complaints - great food/drink in the lounge, great concierges, perfect fireworks viewing from the lounge, etc. We loved everything and would go back in a second, if it were in the budget.

We are looking at 2-9 at Movies.. With the way the pricing is I am thinking that pop warner will be the 2nd week this year.. At least i'm hoping

Reserved Nov 30 to Dec 7 at the WL. Have a big group planned so I am hoping for some sort of deal. My understanding is that by reserving now, we can make all our dining plans when we are 180 days out, but if Disney get wild and crazy and offers free dining, we can modify the booking to take advantage of the deal. Does this sound correct?

Any suggestions on improving our odds of receiving a pin? The offers I have had in the past were either bounce-back deals in the room, or the buy 4 stay 7. I am not clear how to be available to Disney for a pin?

We're booking our first family vacation for December 28-January 1 for one of the value resorts most likely with dining plan. I doubt there will be a pin for our dates, but I'll still be hoping!

That's my understanding as well. I think there is one caveat that someone else might have to confirm for us - I believe if you book a room only offer and then an offer comes out that is for a package, like the FD, I believe they have to completely cancel your current reservation in order to book the package.

You can increase your odds of receiving a pin code by registering on the Disney website. I've also read that if you save a vacation on there under your user id that some have received offers for their time frame.

Hi all! My wife, our 4 month old newborn (at the time), my best friend, and I are going to be staying at Beach Club Villas 12/1-12/11. This will be my wife's first time at disney world. My best friend used to be an intern at disney and I have been to the world a couple of times. Looking forward to talking with everybody and maybe getting a discount. I have been reading the disboards forums for months and I am active on cruisecritic.com but this is my first post over here at disboards.

We are going Dec 3-10. Haven't booked yet, but planning to in March. We haven't been in 5 years, so when I started pricing last year I got 2 pin codes. We didn't use them because we had no plans to go in 2012. I'm really hoping we get one this year, or a discount comes out like the spring one.

We are planning on getting DDP, so if we could get that for free or upgrade resorts for the same net price that would be amazing!
