Check out www.touringplans.com they have a great crowd calendar and have awesome touring plans that tell you what the best rides are to hit first and avoid lines.
I'm checking the unofficial guide to WDW 2012 and it says in February they have activities surrounding Black History Month but that's all I see in here. Have a great time! Sarah |
