I got that earlier too. I just hung up, called right back, and got through. Each time I got through today (I talked to 3 different CMs), I had problem with the non-human recording understanding me. I have never had that issue before. Then the address and phone number it read to me, wasn't close to correct, but when I talked to an actual CM, they had the correct information.

Finally got through. They didn't have any more standard rooms at POR, so I had to go with a Garden View room - still saved $400! I'm good

I am not sure where you want to stay, but there are some discounts through Magical Vacations for later June/early July. I don't think we can post links here, but just google them and they should come up first. Look under their July 4th offer.

This is where I booked. June 18th - 25th. Discount goes thru the 4th and the room discount is around 22% by my calculation..So worked well for me b/c DD14 graduates middleschool and we have ALWAYS gone the 7th thru the 14th but this year this is a ceremony, a party etc and we weren't free until the 14th. So this discount period worked well and there is even a discount on the park passes too with this agency week.

I checked our price this morning and got $2,150.00.
Just checked again and it is now $2460.00? How is that possible???
So frustrating.

Same boat here. We usually go about a week earlier in June, but due to a sporting conflict, we have to go a little later. Just for fun, I priced out the current discount on the WDW site for 6/7 - 6/14 at the Poly. It is about $50 less for us to go with MV for the 19th - 26th. I agree, it looks to be about a 20% discount. I keep hoping I will receive a better pin code, but if not, this will do!

Where are you staying and did you happen to ask if different resorts had different discounts? I did not and booked BC

We are staying at the Poly. I didn't ask about different discounts.

Has anyone noticed on their confirmation, that it does not show a refillable mug as an item? Is this accurate?

You have to get the dining plan to get the mug.

Ours is showing 3 refillable mugs. (we did the deluxe plan) it's about 1/2 way down the big list and says "FEATURE RESORT REFILLABLE MUG 1,2,3"

what I don't understand is why it's also listing "FEATURE: Disney Quest Vouchers 1,2". Do you now get passes to Disney Quest as part of the package?
