Making sure i get the whole banking and borrowing and UY

So I've read the sticky post on this and just want to make sure I understand correctly.

If I were to find a 160 point dec UY resale contract and purchased this sometime this spring...assume no 2012 UY points.

I would receive 160 points dec 2013 for stays until nov 30 2014.
I would receive another 160 on dec 2014 for stays until nov 30 2015.

If I wanted to book a trip for april 2014, I could use my 2013 UY points and any 2014 UY points (borrowed) to book, correct?

I could book this 11 months out at my home resort, which would be may 2013 or at another resort 7 months out (sept 2013).
