amypetecar DIS Veteran Join Date: May 2008 Posts: 600	What is considered the purchase date? Is it the day you pass ROFR or the day you actually close?..... Or a different day? The spirit of my question is i returned my closing documents, and must now wait for the seller to sign, return documents, and then actually close on the property. With rumored changes coming to resale contracts on thursday, i just wonder if i have to worry about losing benefits i thought i would have when i purchased resale?
