Maybe not DCL , but they offer cruises all the same

I don't know if cruises are included in the limited offerings made available to the DVC.

cruises through exchange companies like RCI tend to be a waste anyway - you basically offer your paid week for exchange and then pay an additional fee that is roughly the same as the normal cost of the cruise...
