Both. Photos are ones borrowed from the web. I'm photo deficient and losing my assistant I have even less time to remedy that situation.

Words are necessary for this group because they take the handouts home to read but would never take notes on them.

Just got home from work and am inflicting self torture on myself, made a Jerk turkey sandwich using a 1/3lb of jerk turkey, my mouth is on fire My wife asked why do you do this to yourself, I have no clue but it's sooooo good

Back in the office because SWMBO ran out of bottled water so I ran to the box mart and stopped in on my way back home. Picked up some Reese's Cups for myself and some catnip for the cat we are sharing with the neighbor. I was feeling generous with the grocery money tonight.

Checking news headlines and 430,000 marijuana plants seized this year. More than twice the Volunteer or Mountaineer seizures. Probably a drop in the bucket to what was harvested.

Yikes, that is no fun. 80% of those in the Day Surgury yesterday had that done. I can only hope and pray the doctors didn't mix the cameras up, since mine went down the throat. Prayers it turns out all okay.

I've had about 5 upper gi endoscopys and never once thought that the camera might have been used in a procedure on the other end! Never again will I be able to ignore that possibility!!!!
