I reserved a full-size for February 10-14 on Dollar.com. $200 for the week, including a car seat, all taxes and fees. I will keep looking for other companies to offer similar or better rates, but its nice to have something booked.

No code, just look for the city rate on dollar.com. Feb 2-9.

If 2013 is like every other year, prices will start dropping in January. Watch the January car rental thread as well. Some of those deals will also span into February. Keep your current reservation and when prices start moving, book the new one before cancelling your old one. Don't get locked in to a non-refundable deal unless you know it's absolutely unbeatable!! I changed my reservations a few times last year before winning a minivan through priceline 7 days before my trip. That was $202 total for 10 days in Feb 2012, would have been $222 without the bonus cash they gave me, equivalent of a $13 per day bid before all the taxes and fees. My dates this year overlap yours and I plan on finding a killer deal again on a minivan in 2013 as well. Good luck!

I just booked a minivan with Budget for Feb 14-17 picking up at Cape Canaveral and dropping off at MCO. I used the code BCD X474200 and my total came to US$135++ for a grand total of US$153.91. No one way drop off fee either.
![]() I'm quite happy but will check again in January. |

I just booked January 25-February 3 through Dollar's City Rate for $218 all inclusive for a full-size. I've never used Dollar before. I actually booked it as my back-up reservation since I have two good rates with Alamo for the same time, but with iffy-codes.
Dollar doesn't have the additional driver, which is fine with my husband since he doesn't really care to drive in Orlando anyway, but is kind of a PITA. Does anyone know if you can combine a coupon with Dollar's city specials?

Did you try the Budget travelocity code? We have a minivan the 15th throught the 22nd for 346. I don't think that is horrible for President's Week. I'll add a coupon code when the ones for 2013 come out- open to hearing if anyone has one that will work now! I once got one for 199 base rate through Dollar for that same week.

I'm still looking periodically for Feb22 to March 4th. Still not seeing anything under 320 (midsize). We'd ideally like a standard or larger for 200 and have been able to get that the last 3 trips so I'll keep watching. I don't imagine I will see a significant drop until about 6 weeks out.

Dollar's rates have really come down just today I got a total of 267 for the 8th -18th. That includes the presidents day weekend. I just used the city special it was better than any coupons.. I'll keep checking my goal was 250.00 so I'm pretty close to happy.

first week of February is $452 with Alamo for the cheapest option. That's just insane...

Just keep checking Alamo if that is what you want. I got under $200 all fee's included from MCO for January 26-February 4th [Full size] using insiders id and visa coupon. It was low one day and up beyond reasonable the next. So just keep checking.

thanks for the other options!
![]() After paying like $70 last year, it would be hard for me to pay like $200, looks like ME and disney busses are the way to go for me! ![]() We're staying at BC, so it's only a pain to go to AK or DTD, we do usually drive to those things if we have a car.
