5th Princess 1/2 - Is there a "Perfect Princess" Recognition?
This year will be my 5th Princess 1/2 and somehow I have it in my mind Disney will give some sort of Perfect Princess recognition. Maybe this is from seeing the Perfectly Goofy runners at the 5th Goofy- or maybe my tiara is too tight... Has anyone heard of this?

Thank you! The Princess 1/2 was my first distance run and the reason I started running. I am so happy to have the opportunity to do this one each year and it would be great to have something to celebrate the milestone.

But probably a different colored ribbon or maybe a special shirt?

I think it will just be a special ribbon. I think that there are far too many perfect princesses at this point, to stick them all in Corral A. Now, for the 10th Anniversary, I could see that and a lot more happening. It seems like the smaller the group, the more recognition they receive. That should be the case.

I would support you - but do not think the Mouse will do anything until 10. I base this on the Perfect 10 recognition being the first for the marathon. Disney did do a recognition for the Goofy with the Mayor McCheese sash - but that is really a 10 race award. Folks can correct me if I am wrong, the DL half did not recognize the perfect 5 runners.

They did recognize the perfect 5 at Everest Challenge, though I do not know if they got anything special, but recognition was made.

Thanks for the support. While I hopeful for some small recognition for participating in the first 5 Princess races- at least I have a reason to keep going to the 10th Princess run in 2018

I think Disneyland still has a special ribbon for Legacy runners now, 2 years after the 5th.
