Is it too late for a discount for Dec. 15th?? - The DIS Discussion Forums

We're planning a surprise trip which will be revealed soon. It's for my daughter's graduation and I thought I'd let her pick a night at any resort. Is it too late for a discount at a deluxe?? I'm doubting my luck for even a DVC Bay Lake Tower will be bad for a Saturday night. What do you all think?

I think you might stand a chance of getting something. The "up to 30% off" room only reservations must be booked by December 13th for travel to December 22nd. You might not have the pick of room type but I think you should be able to get something discounted.

I think this has expired as there's nothing on the Disney site for this promo. There is a room discount (up to 35% off) with stays starting 1/2/13 and the s/p/d promo (also stays starting 1/2/13) that has to be booked by 12/31, but nothing for stays in December.

As pp mentioned, everything has expired for trips through the rest of the year, unfortunately, unless you're Canadian.
