Oh geez...now I have to get involved...
The real problem is that there are already hotels put up on boardwalk...once somebody lands on it...immediately mortgaging of Marvin Gardens and the Electric Company

All kidding aside, even if there are talks between Disney and Hasbro, it's far less likely to be about a straight-out acquisition and more likely to be Disney sitting down with them to fine-tune or otherwise revise (or reinforce) the Star Wars license Hasbro is operating under, now that Disney has taken over the Lucas empire.
