Don't know the answer but Disney Floral is a FTD agent.

I have had both floral and fruit arrangements delivered to Disney resorts as well as Hilton Head, used both outside and Disney florists. With the outside florists/fruit I called the number to place orders so I could give them all the information they needed.

I recently received a delivery from an outside florist from FTD online @ Bay Lake.
