Do they have FP for it when it has the overlay?

Is it open during EMH?

No fast passes. It has been open for Magic Mornings when I have been there.

No fast passes but during the holidays, I found the lines to be quick (less than 10 minutes) before the day's first parade. We go back to look at the lit-up facade at night when the lines are long.
