Are there really no camping spaces left for July? I'm sure it's not early, but jeez, I just now started planning

Try your search again. I just put in for July 1 -7 and all types of sites were still available.

I got nervous also but i just called and reserved for 7/3-7/12/12!! We have been to Disney many times but have never camped! we are excited!

Keep trying, the July 4 holiday may make it slim, but you should still be able to get a site.
