Another cricut dilemma...
After much thought I have decided I can't choose between the cricut or the cameo, so I shall just have to get both
I'm planning on investing in my cricut first as I have an album that I am making for a family here on the dis, and I really want to get cracking. So here's where the question comes in. Expression or Immagine? An immagine has just come up on trademe.co.nz which is kind of like new zealands version of ebay. I'd always been looking at expressions, but am wondering what people's experiances with the immagine are? Do they take the same cartridges as the expression?

all of the cricut machines use the same carts
the image will print (I think only the image carts) but the ink that PC sells is no longer being made for them so you have to use another type of ink cartirdige which is cheaper but you no longer have the warrenty (which you won't anyways) what is it that you are wanting to cut out?? if it is the fab 5 - check out my "lots of ____" files & see if they will work for you & go with the cameo first

I have the imagine and have yet to print out something. I use to have one if the first generation circuits that would only cut paper that was 6x12 so I was happy the imagine could still use my old cartridges. I am planning on getting a cameo before the end if the year because I don't like the limitations of the cricut. So if you are planning on getting both I would buy the expression.
