I know! It's driving me crazy! I found a great deal on airfare but I don't want to book until I guarantee my dates/trip!
The past two years the discounts were released by now and my trip was booked, they are running late and I am very impatient

I'm in the same boat. Dining reservations are booked and every last detail is planned except for one ... the &*#@^* room!!! Getting very stressed about this. I SO want to have it all squared away.
