Does anyone know if the Movie an marshmallow roast occurs EVERY NIGHT even on the off season?? We will be there in a week and would love to experience it. But, we only have ONE night that we can fit it in our schedule! THANKS!!

Yes, lots of people do this. Just make sure you don't use anything that will leave marks for the hotel staff to have to clean off later. This gives you an idea of the window pane size at POFQ:

Yep, every night. If the weather is bad, they show the movie on a TV set up in the food court.

Tonya, I started reading your blog last night and finished it a short while ago. Wow, what an inspiring story of faith, courage and humor. Its wonderful to read how a "village" came together to help meet the extra needs your already challenged little family faced when your DH volunteered to be a kidney donor for a little girl you read about on Facebook. Although we are planning our first visit to POFQ next February I believe you have chosen the best resort for your family due to its small size. Have a wonderful trip.

Hi all. We are leaving in 20 days & I am beyond excited! I was wondering if there is a way to get a case of water once we arrive? We will be flying in & taking the Magical Express. I know about garden grocer but I dont need/want anything besides a case of water. I am hoping there is some way to do this.

Also, if I want to put a request in for a room/building, do i have to call reservation desk or is there a spot to put requests on the online check in ?

Yes...order through costco.com We have done that on past trips without a problem. It will be delivered to luggage services. When you order, put your first and last name where you normally enter your first name. For last name, put your reservation number. Then enter the resort address. Order a few days before your arrival date...it takes about 2 or 3 days for shipping. I think it's about $8 for a case.

Ordered a case of water one week prior to trip thru Walmart. Total cost for a case less than 5.00.

did you do this through the website? where did you have it delivered? and where did you pick it up? thanks

We are set to check in Saturday

we are planning to leave Friday and the original plan was to drive 7 of the 9 hours and get a hotel. Then get up Saturday and dive in. Now dh is asking about driving straight and getting a hotel near Disney. But if its after midnight it's technically Saturday- if by some odd chance our room was ready would they let us check in?

Disney's systems do not turn over until about 6AM. So, it would technically be Friday night according to their computer systems. They would not be able to check you in for a Saturday reservation. You would have to make a reservation for Friday night to get checked in.

Ordered right thru website. My sister also ordered thru them 4 weeks ago. Just put in the shipping info to hold for mrs. Xxxx arrival day xx/xx/xx. When you check in just let than know u had something shipped.

you can order through the website and have it delivered. I believe walmart delivery is 0.99 It will be delivered to bell/luggage services. Just let them know when you arrive and bell/luggage services can deliver it to your room.

This may be answered in a previous post, but I haven't read all of them!

If I wanted to pack my own box at home with toiletries, our first aid kit, and some snacks, what is the process for shipping it to POFQ? How many days do I send in advance and what information do I need to ensure that they get it? What # do I call to verify that they received it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

All the information is in a sticky at the top of the board called "shipping to your resort."

Well we are all set to check in on Saturday....

My daughter hurt her thumb in volleyball last night, my stomach has been acting crazy for 2 weeks, my (future) in-laws will be at POR, and the weather looks terrible....but by golly we are going to Disney World!!!

Must stay positive!!!!
