Looking for large telescope with public viewing
We are traveling to DL in January. Daughter is a space nut. Is there anyplace near by that has a LARGE telescope with public viewing in the evenings? I looked at info about the Griffith Observatory, but I can't tell if they have a large telescope that the public can use.

The Zeiss and solar telescopes are free to the public every day and night the sky is clear.
