Your question doesn't really give any info on what you like or dislike. Are you going to stay in your room the whole time? Looking for places to eat, better pool?

BWV vs BCV
I would say Beach Club for sure! Stormalong Bay is perfect for kids that age, and if you are going to be spending any time at the pool, it is worth it. The proximity to BWV is great, and it is just as easy to enjoy the night life on the Boardwalk while staying at the BCV. Both are within walking distance of EPCOT and HS. Either way though, you can't go wrong.
Good luck! Michelle |

All two bedroom villas at BWV are lockoffs. At BCV, there are limited dedicated two bedroom villas with two queen beds in the second bedroom (25 of them) and the rest of the dedicated have one queen bed and one double sleeper sofa because they are smaller.
Neither one will have the sleeper chair. So the living room will just have one queen sleeper sofa.

Pool does look really nice but some people say the Beach Club is not kept up and lacking on cleanliness. Thank you

Room sizes at the two resorts are about the same. BWV was refurbished two years ago. It has been quite a while since BCV was and I think it is due for one next year.

Except for refreshing, BCV has never had a total renovation. Only BWV and OKW have had that. SSR is currently being refreshed.

do a search and you will find lots of threads about the differences between the 2 resorts.
the main variations are that BCV has stormalong bay, a HUGE pool, which is almost like a water park. however, the pool does get very crowded at times - we prefer the quiet pool, for actual swimming and relaxation. BWV has 3 different view categories (BCV has 1, and is not known for its views): standard view aka driveway (with lower point cost), preferred pool/garden view and preferred BW view (both are same point cost). standard and BW view only make up about 20% of the resort each, so are more difficult to get. BW view, IMHO, is stunning: you can see spaceship earth, the top of illuminations, the BW activity (street performers, carny games, etc). a few have said the lower floors do get more noise from the BW, but we have not had that problem in the many years we have been staying there. both have multiple restaurants (BC has character meals, BW has ESPN). jellyrolls, a dueling piano bar is also on the BW. both resorts are walkable to EPCOT and DHS (pretty strolls, btw ). BCV has parking close to the villas (which unfortunately, includes the noise and smells associated with multiple vehicles). BWV parking is a bit farther, but no more than a 5 minute walk to the furthest spot.bottom line: IMHO (and many of our friends and family agree), BCV is more fun for toddler and pre-pre-teens. BWV offers more for adults and about 8-9yo and up. both can be difficult to get into at certain times of the year (especailly during the F&WF). hth

But it's uphill from the parking lot to the resort. So if you are hauling groceries or luggage from your car, it can be a hike.
