Yea... We did that when we went last December... Took 19 hours and we stayed in a homewood suite in Charlotte. The only reason we did that is because we had enough Hilton Honors points to get the night free... Usually, it ends up being cheaper to fly if you bring in the fact that you will need a hotel room. Prices so far aren't tooo terrible from the forecast. That is, if gas prices dont drive it up again. Last year prices hit $300+tax at base price. Right now, its staying around $220+tax depending which flight you choose.

It made me altar how long I'm staying down there. I'm staying in a tower room at the Cont December 16-22, instead of the 16-28. Unless i can get a raise, I may have to keep it at that =/

I ordered mickey and minnie santa hats from the Disney store and they came in the mail already. They are very cute. I think I am more excited about this trip than the one I have planned for May
