Does anyone here on the boards work for Liberty Travel? If so PM me

If you haven't worked for them---have you used them? Especially when it comes to Disney? I am currently in the travel industry and possibly looking to making a move to Liberty.. I am a Disney Specialist that is my #1 passion and love and I am also a former Disney Cast Member as well..

Any help/feedback is appreciated!

I used them once for a trip and wouldn't use them again. The agent we had really messed things up and it took me countless hours and visits to the storefront to fix them. Just as one thing got fixed, others would get messed up! It got so bad I was going to cancel the trip through them but they said they would charge me a $200 cancellation fee (even though they were the ones that continued to mess up).

oh wow! i'm so sorry to hear that.. thats a real shame.. as a travel agent myself, I am *extremely* organized and detailed! I take pride in my work....i am very thorough ..leaving almost no chance for mistakes/errors

if you don't mind me asking what kind of trip was it? Disney/Cruise or a tour?
