The pasta was way too salty and is the one thing that really sticks in my mind. Too bad because other than that it was perfectly cooked pasta. But the one that really turned me off to Todd (other than his personality) was Kingfish Hall. I know it is in Faneuil Hall so what do you expect. This place is so bad they have to sell certificates on resturaunt.com these days. Even the shake and bake fries were bad  . Why put your name on a glorified Red Lobster? (actually Red Lobster is better)BTW: I am not picking on resturaunt.com I use it all the time for little local places, but when a big name like Todd English has to use it it makes me wonder.

Thank you, HH! That was a great photo review of the culinary demos! I especially loved seeing what I missed from seminars I amost booked... Maybe this will help for next year, if some of the same chefs return.
