Could somebody tell me what floor the lounge is on in the Poly. We are so excited as this is not only our first Poly trip(well since I was a kid) but also our first CL

The main part is on the second and then there is a loft overlooking with seating/a bathroom/some tables on the third.

Hi Everyone!

First, I just want to say how much I

this thread! I'm on information overload right now.

My DF and I are staying at the Poly in Oct for our Honeymoon! We booked our reservations online, and it's just about paid off!

We haven't made any room requests and I'm wondering if we should take our chances and hope for some pixie dust, or if we should go ahead and make our requests now. We've booked a GV room, and there a couple longhouses we really don't want to stay at. Right now our top choice is the Tokelau, 3rd floor.

I think I had a question in there some where...I guess should we take our chances and hope for some pixie dust, or go ahead and make our requests now? And since we made our reservations online, how do we make our requests?

(Is it Oct yet??)

Anyone interested I have a case of dr pepper and a case and a half of propel waters! If you are coming in the next couple days let me know if you would like it. I can leave it at bellman. I am In club level so let me know where you are staying so I all know where to leave it!

Since you have an idea of where you want to be, I would make the request. You need to call disney to do it, and have your confirmation number when you call. It is possible that they could find you just with your name and phone number, but the confirmation number makes it easier.

I see you are from PA. Are you flying from Philly? We live about 10 minutes from the Walt Whitman Bridge..We are taking the auto train.

No - Pittsburgh - and we are driving. We have friends from Franklinville - is that near you? We used to spend vacations in Sea Isle City and Stone Harbor.

I know what you mean. This will also be our first time staying at Club Level. Please check out this thread:

Let them know you're coming - and they will be able to do so much for you! Just before I decided to upgrade to Concierge, I had been trying to make a dinner reservation for O'Hana's for months without success. The very first time I spoke to the Itinerary Planner, she was able to get me the reservation at exactly the date & time I had been trying for. She is also making arrangements for a birthday cake and other surprizes for our grandson. I can't say enough how great they have been to us - and we haven't even been there yet!

BTW auto train has kids ride for $19 each....inlcudes snacks and a meal each way...

We checked in on the 7th and we we're upgraded to CL MK view! We are loving it, especially because we booked a GV room! It's been HOT, but crowds have been manageable! Definitely not 8 or 9 like UG predicted. I think our longest wait time was 20 min for Dumbo, but we use fp and rider swap for the big rides. The longest wait time I saw was TSM and Pixie Hollow, which were both 60 minutes. Well, we're off to the concierge lounge for lunch! Just thought I'd let you know of our little pixie dusted vacation!
