We are really leaning towards requesting Cabana 8a this trip, as we stayed in the Casitas last time and wanted something a little different this time.

Heres another question for those of you that have stayed in the Cabanas and used bus stop #4.

Did you find the buses to be more crowded being that bus stop #4 is the 3rd stop for theme park buses?
Thats just one small worry I have.

When we stayed in the Casitas, and were the first stop on theme park buses, it was great!!!

When we stayed in the Casitas, and were the first stop on theme park buses, it was great!!!

In my ten trips to CSR, I can count on one hand the number of times I had to stand on a bus. None from bus stop #3, a few times from bus stop #1 going to Epcot and a few times returning from a park.

You know this is just so amazing to me. I've stayed in the values the last two trips in Sept. and after the first trip I swore I would never ride another bus! We always stood and the waits to get on a bus were so long. We are staying at CSR this Sept. and now maybe I need to rethink my absolutely no bus thinking. It would be one less thing to worry about! Thanks for posting.

The only other time I've stayed on property was in 3/2001 at POR. But back then we never had any crowds on the busses and it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. That's what really hooked us about staying on property.

Yes. I did pay for a waterview. We loved the view & I would probably do it again. We were in building 8B. It was a perfect area!

We were at bus stop 4. When we got on in the morning, we never had to stand. We did, however, have to stand twice on our way home from the parks.

We will be coming to the CSR May 30-June 5. I have two DD's ages 3 and 5. I haven't put a room request in yet, but thinking about asking for Cabana 8a. Any other room suggestions? I'd like to be fairly close to the bus stop. Thanks in advance.

Bldg 8A or 8B are really good. We stayed in 8B and it was a great location. Close to the bus stop, main pool, and laundry. The walk to the main building wasn't bad either.
