I am very excited to add a little pixie dust to your trip to Disney. Here are a few guidelines to help ensure we are all happy during this process.

Please remember I am a person, not a computer. I have a life outside the DISboard. Always read the top of the thread in bold - EVEN IF YOU POSTED THE DAY BEFORE . I will let you know if I am out of town, I have sick kids, or something is going on to hinder my ability to DISign.

To ensure your request is filled, please give me 3-4 weeks advanced notice.

Please keep your number of requests below 10. If you have more than 10 requests, please start your own thread, and I will try to contribute.

I make mistakes, so always double check as soon as possible for typos.

In most cases, if you see a layout you like I can completely change the message. If you want a specific layout please let me know (attach a picture or copy the link); otherwise, you will get whatever I can grab easily or maybe something new. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask. Since I am just starting, lots of requests will be made from scratch.

Please try to be as clear and specific as possible to avoid unnecessary redos.

If you have already posted the request on another DISigner's thread or on your own thread, please DO NOT DUPLICATE the request on my thread. Working on a request someone else has already completed takes the joy out of DISigning.

Please no shirt or magnet DISign requests.

All autograph covers are 5x7. I will make 8x8, but you will need to specify this size in your request.

Please save your DISigns to your computer quickly. I am still trying to figure out how to best organize my folders, so there is a chance your DISign will get moved/deleted.

I really appreciate "Thank You" messages once the DISign is posted. This isn't because I need the affirmation, but because I like to know that you actually used the DISign.

It is helpful to know...
- if this is a first trip or returning trip
- when you leave for your trip, so I can prioritize
- the age of the person receiving the DISign
- the gender of the person receiving the DISign (it isn't always obvious to me)
- if you want a specific character/theme

I DISign because I want to add a little more magic to your trip. Remember, you will have a wonderful time at Disney as long as you relax and enjoy the planning process. Don't lose sleep or get upset over the small stuff like letter, luggage tags, bag toppers, ect...

Hi Dee,

I am so glad I came across this thread - it is so wonderful of you to do this!!

I am hoping you can prepare a binder cover for me using the same design as the one you prepared for the Baldwins (with castle, princesses, etc), but saying:

The Gardiner Family Vacation
April 2013
Walt Disney World

Also, are you able to prepare something similar for the spine of a 2" binder? I think a bookmark template would be fine. If not, no worries.

Dee, I am so excited to see that you started a thread! We have put the first few pages in our planning binder using the great cover that you made

Including, of course, a page for me to write down all of the DISign projects I want to do for the trip!

We aren't going until November, so no rush at all. But if you have time and can, I'd love to get your design from your photobucket in the letters/invites/announce folder, called "Surprise-AK-Blank." If it is possible, could you change the text to read: "Brennan, you are going to have a wild day today. You're going to Animal Kingdom!"

I can't wait until we get to make dining reservations so I can use some of your great invitations. Thanks so much for sharing your time and talents!
