October 2013!
Is anyone else planning an October 2013 trip? I convinced my husband to move our 2014 trip up a year. It will be our daughter's very first trip to WDW!

We are planning our trip for Oct 21-28 of 2013. I just love the food and wine fes. I may even go to MNSSHP, with it only being 3 of us and not 5.

My husband and I went to MNSSHP when we were at Disney for our honeymoon and it was so much fun! We will be doing it for sure this trip because I know my daughter will love it.

Hurray!! An October 2013 planning thread.
We're going down for my DGD's 5th birthday (born 10/31/2008...yes a Halloween baby.  ) We'll probably arrive on 10/26/2013 and leave early 11/02/2013. We're hoping to getting into Bonnet Creek (we have Wyndham points). We're probably not going to get park hoppers (the parks close early and it would be too hard for a five year old girl), but we'll probably get six day passes (it's only about $20 more between a four day pass and a six day pass). Don't think we'll do MNSSHP, and we'll try to stay away from EPCOT during weekend days. I would't mind doing F&W during a weekday night...if that's possble. Trying to think of special things to do for DGD's birthday. We'll probably do BBB, and a character meal (thinking either Cinderella's castle for breakfast or Chef Mickey's for dinner). Again, looking forward to talking to others going down the same time as we are. We already have about $200 in Disney gift cards (remember, we already have timeshare points, so we don't have to worry about room).

Very shiny, LadyBeBop! Your DGD was born exactly 2 weeks after my DD - we are going down to celebrate her 5th birthday too!
We are considering staying at one of the new family suites at the Art of Animation resort. I foresee a lot of character meals.

Hi everyone! I am new to the board. We are also planning our Disney trip in October 2013! My kids will be 7 and almost 6 when we go. It's their first time!
I am excited to hear everyone's tips/tricks/suggestions. A friend recommended an off-Disney property resort we are thinking of staying at. I am also DOUBLE excited because it will be Halloween season!!! I LIVE for Halloween  Julia |

I'm still hoping for a trip in October but DBF & I will be looking for houses throughout the year so that might put the trip on hold unfortunately.

We are going to be back there early Oct 2013 as well
End of Sept i am thinking. This will be the second time for my hubby and 2 oldest girls and the first time for my daughter who will be just about 3 then. Looking forward to it!! We took them right before we started trying for baby number 3 and have been waiting to go back there! Was thinking about this Oct but feel it would be best to have her a little older. Be easier!

dh and I will be makin our 2nd Disney trip October 2013! We only visited Mk last time on a one day visit. It's just the two of us but I think we will do a character meal anyway!

We are going to be booking for Oct 2013 as soon as packages become available. We were originally booked for this Oct, but had to postpone it. We are going to either stay at WL or BWI and will be doing 2 days at F&W and 1 or 2 days at MK. We will also be attending MNSSHP.

 im heree! Im planning on Oct 2013 with 3 of my friends and were planning on staying at WL I want package rates to come out so badlyyyy! I have my $200 ready!  Im definitely going to plan on MNSSHP and if I plan my dates well enough (no idea when or how long were staying) I wanna catch MVMCP too. Im debating on a split stay and I really hope water parks are an option bout to join the FB group the planning party begins!
