I've actually had better luck with requesting specific room numbers. I've requested both 4423 and 4323 and ended up with 4423 one time and 4323 another time. I LOVE the layout of those rooms and the view, they're definitely my favorites! I think you have a great chance of getting one of those...

You can get made to order pancakes at the Crystal Palace. I'm sure he could get a Mickey shaped one. :)

I called the Yacht and Beach Club private dining number and they wouldn't give me the pastry chef's email? :confused3 They said I had to go through them (private dining) and that they would email the bakery. And that the only flavors were vanilla, marble and chocolate.

That's not true. I did online check in for GF RPC in December and received a text message while I was driving from the airport to the GF saying that my room wasn't ready but that I would receive another text message when it was.

Yes I would accept the upgrade. The Yacht Club is starting renovations on the club level rooms, that's why they want to move you to the Beach Club. Other people have received calls about being moved from the Yacht Club to the Beach Club.

They didn't run out of the regular scones. Every year around December they change them to the scones with the dried cranberries. They're the same scones that they serve upstairs in the club level's afternoon tea. But I agree, I prefer the regular scones too. :)
