    June or August?

We've been in June before and didn't mind the heat or crowds at that time... We are used to pretty ridiculous humidity, though. We're attempting July this year and I'm hoping it goes well! I understand not being able to go during other times - July is our only option as I am a teacher and our...

    Epcot Sea Adventures Aqua Tour

My husband, myself, and our DD11 are going to do this in July! I'm a bit nervous, but they are so looking forward to it!

13 Days of Disney - Everything We Never Knew We Always Wanted - June 2016 TR Update 1/30

I loved reading all of your updates and love that y'all had such a great time! This makes me so incredibly excited for our 13 day trip coming up in July - I'm like you, usually a go, go, go kind of person... Looking forward to slowing down and enjoying everything! :)

The "My Disney Experience" website problem

I'm actually having trouble looking at dining reservation options for my trip - the error page continues to pop up and I've tried on different networks and computers. Perhaps the entire site is going through some issues?

I Need help figuring out my reservation

First, yay for getting to take a trip to Disney! :) I'm sure y'all will have a great time! Okay, I haven't been to all of these restaurants, but I can definitely make suggestions on what I think (take it or leave it - definitely not an expert's opinion! ;) -- Maybe on Sunday, nix the early...

    Trying to finalize ADRs

It sounds like a wonderful birthday trip! The only one I can really put input on (having never been to a few) is Le Cellier - I would definitely try to go there. We went during our first trip almost three years ago and still remember how much we loved those steaks. It was one of our favorite...

Is there one TS restaurant you have to go to on every trip?

Tusker House for breakfast and usually BOG or Cinderella's (for DD10). This next trip we have so many new ones we're trying (I get to make ADRs IN THE MORNING!), so I'm looking forward to finding a few more we love!

    Same restaurants every trip???

We always do Tusker House and typically one of the castles, but this time we're trying quite a few new ones and I am excited!

    Jungle Cruise at night

We lucked into riding it during Wishes and it was pretty magical. There was no wait on the ride either, so we were able to go on it multiple times in a row!

    Walking Shoes for Parks

Same here! Teva sandals (even Teva flip flops some days) and Skechers GoWalks!

3 "Off Day" Experiences that are a must do

We visited the spa at Grand Floridian on our leaving day - it was a nice way to end the trip! We also enjoy catching a movie at Disney Springs when we have time, as well as pools at the resort. I hope to try a few of the suggestions here for our next trip - maybe parasailing or a helicopter tour?!

    Early Morning Dining Reservation

We always have at least one or two ADR for breakfast before the parks open and have never had a problem getting there on time. The buses are usually already running before we get to the stop (and I'm big on being early for everything) and we make it in plenty of time. :)

    Jungle Cruise at night

Loved this thread - I'm working it into our plans now to try at night! Thanks everyone!

Best Strategy for 3 T1 Rides at Epcot?

This is pretty much our plan! Frozen in the afternoon (or whenever, really!) and hoping to get on Soarin as soon as we're done with our PPO Garden Grill breakfast. Then headed to TT directly after Soarin. :)

    Blizzard Beach advice

We're planning a day at BB in July and I'm a little nervous - not typically a water park person, but the husband and daughter will LOVE it! Am I correct in what I've read that we can just grab a few towels from our resort (POP) and take them with us instead of renting some there? I'll make sure...

How to survive 2 weeks at WDW?

We are also doing a two week trip, but July of 2017! It will be our longest trip we've taken. We have a few off days scheduled - water parks or Disney Springs. I'm also hoping I can convince my husband to embrace the afternoon breaks on occasion to help with energy levels and moods. ;)

    Need some shoe help!

I know it's a bit late, but for anyone else, I love my Teva sandals! We're going for almost two weeks this summer, so I'm going to have to find a pair of comfy tennis shoes, too. I've hear the Skechers Memory Foam are wonderful, so I might try out some of those pretty soon!

    Your preference and why?

I would also vote to stay on site. I love not having to worry about parking, driving, directions, etc. That's usually way more stress than what I'd like on a vacation. The buses take a little time, but help with the "Disney bubble" another user mentioned (love that!).

    October 2017!

Hoping to book a trip around Oct. 23-29 - to celebrate 5 year anniversary and to experience Food & Wine for the first time! Will be there in July of 2017, so haven't focused on the October details too much yet. Apparently I should - I've been reading a lot about places being booked up already...

    Who has plans for 2017???

We're headed out in July 2017 for almost two full weeks (longest trip so far!)! Hoping to go back for our 5 year wedding anniversary in October 2017 to celebrate and experience Food & Wine for the first time!
