Keep trying to modify. I was only able to get a 7:05 a.m. reservation for Goofy's Kitchen a couple weeks back. This week I was able to modify it to 8:45 a.m.

Did you pay with a credit card? If so I would contact your credit card and dispute the charges with them. Let them know what happened and they will work to get you your money back. This is why I always use credit cards versus debit cards.

The seating is reserved for you so you can come and go as you please. That's the benefit of the cabana is not having to stay in the seats to keep them reserved. But I cannot imagine going to the park when you're paying all that money for the cabana.

FYI - I booked a cabana today for my May visit. Current pricing is $399 for the full day and $349 for 1/2 day.

I am not sure how the call-in option works, but be aware - the scheduled character calls are very inconsistent. I had 1 scheduled last Christmas and it never came through. I saw a lot of reports here of the same. Maybe the call-in option is their fix for the inconsistent character calls?

I use the cups that are pictured above. I oil my containers so they slide right out. It's a little more work, but just take a paper towel and dip it in vegetable or canola oil and put a light coat on it. Worth the effort! I get tons of compliments on them.
