    BOG, lunch or dinner

BOG dinner reservations are very hard to get, especially this close to the day of. I say go with that this time!

    Wait Times 400mins!!!

Usually 20-25 minutes. For a newer ride 90 minutes and for a favorite ride during a popular time 40-45 minutes.

    Second Guessing Arrival Day Plans

I'd say skip dining reservations altogether on arrival day so you don't feel obligated to go anywhere. We always do parks on the day we get there but if you know you\ll be tempted by fireworks I'd suggest staying at your resort for the day or checking out Disney Springs.

    Favorite Quick-Service Restaurants?

I love the French bakery but have been hearing a lot of great things about Norway's. I'll be sure to go there this trip!

Which Deluxe for family of 5?

I'd say Contemporary and Beach would be most fitting to you, but if having a balcony is important to you then Yacht is great too (very similar to Beach and many shared amenities).

    Jungle Book: Alive with Magic

I'm not a fan of the Nemo Live musical (love Finding Nemo in general though) and I enjoy most of the other shows on property. :o I was sad about missing this show since I arrive on the 7th, but after reading this thread I feel better. :p

    Help choosing dates...first WDW trip!

Last week of August is good because things are pretty relaxed and the parks usually still operate under their summer hours, but if you want to go to the Halloween event in magic Kingdom and the aforementioned Food & Wine Festival in Epcot mid-September would be a good choice if that's plausible...

    Favorite Quick-Service Restaurants?

We've been to the Backlot Express and I THINK Columbia Harbor House in the past and we really enjoyed the latter. We're leaving the morning of the 14th so no Food & Wine Festival for us. :sad1: And I am asking about anywhere accessible by Disney transportation so theme parks, water parks...

    Favorite Quick-Service Restaurants?

We're going in September and staying Value which came with free Quick-Service Dings Plans. Yay! We did book a Table Service meal separately but we were wondering what some good QS options are. We got a Be Our Guest lunch reservation and will probably hit up some previous favorites such as Cosmuc...

1900 fair bday dinner for my DD6 better on off day or after our last day

I second the off-day suggestion. Leaving at least some portion of the last day open is usually a wise route to take.

Non park hoppers-how do you plan your day?

Did first two trips without Park Hopper and since we get the QS Dining Plan and book only one or two table service restaurants we haven't needed to worry about planning too much. We did get PH for out upcoming one but only plan to use it on a couple of the days. If you're not getting PH and are...

Be Our Guest Breakfast... WITHOUT a reservation??

We're going in September as well and having booked the trip much less than 180 days in advance there were no times available initially. But we checked for an opening every day and managed to get one last week. So go look frequently because a slot might open up during your vacation!
