    Typical weather for Thanksgiving week?

we wore tank tops and shorts for thanksgiving and got a little sunburnt on our shoulders! haha but at night, some nights we needed a light jacket or sweater. we did swim during the day at the pool...sometimes at night it could get a little chilly for the pools, but they keep them warm all year...

    Tell the good about Sept.

it is very hot...but as long as you're expecting it and are prepared for the heat, then you'll enjoy the other benefits. the crowds are low, you have the option for the halloween parties too. just bring sunscreen and wear light clothes...it is hotter than hot! good luck and have fun!

    Fannypack or mini backpack

Depends on your comfort level. I prefer a backpack. to me, it holds more, I can put my bottle drink in there and go completely hands free. I do have to take it off and place it by my feet on rides, I usually will hold it between my feet to make sure it doesn't go anywhere. My mom on the other...

    Lists of Marathons?

Thank you! We went in April this year they had one going on and the crowds for the buses were INSANE!!! Plus our Hollywood Studios day was "ruined" with ropes all over the place, we had to go around our elbow to get to our thumb so to speak when getting around the park. I just didn't want to...

    Lists of Marathons?

I'm planning a trip to Disney World the first week in February and I've never gone during this time. Is there a list of the marathons going on for 2018 yet? I know they usually have them during the "cooler" months, and I wasn't sure when it was planning on starting. I'm trying to see kind of...

    Adding a dining plan

If you book a package with the room and tickets...can you go back later and add the dining plan? Or do you have to add it when you book it? I'm contemplating using a dining plan but I'm not 100% set on it. TIA

    Dessert Parties

we did one a few years ago, before they jacked the prices up…it was nice. We has assigned seats at the tomorrow land terrace and we were able to see wishes really great with nobody blocking our view. my daughter was tickled pink when tinkerbell flew right over our heads! the dessert wasn't...

Thanks everyone for all the input, I ended up getting the Nikon coolpix p900…its a BIG camera, but so far, i'm loving what it can do! I've got to find a cross body camera strap for it before we go next month as i took it on a day trip last weekend and my neck strap wasn't working ahahah

    Opinions on good quality cameras

I'm looking for a new camera for my upcoming Disney World trip. I've been looking at canon rebel t6...however I read some of the comments and it's just not all positive. So I thought I would ask for some opinions on here. What cameras do you all use? I don't HAVE to have a DSLR...but if I get a...

    Port Orleans riverside

We do love PoP…we've stayed in the 50's and she wasn't crazy about the walk, so this year we booked a room in the preferred pool rooms, so we know it'll be right at the buses and food court. Disney is running a killer deal right now that would make this possible for us to upgrade for around...
