You sound like my husband. He gets cold at waterparks in 90 degree weather, if the wind is blowing! He was freezing at TL on Memorial Day in 2015 :eek:

The Typhoon Lagoon slides are pretty much all kid-friendly. Most Blizzard Beach slides are kid friendly, but they do have some more intense/extreme ones there also. The wave pool at TL is definitely rougher, but I think as long as you are aware of that beforehand it isn't such a big deal...

We are booked for 1 night at the Holiday Inn Orlando SW - Celebration Area for around $75. It will be our first time staying there but from the pictures and the reviews it looks pretty nice.

We went to TL on a Monday, but it was a holiday (Memorial Day 2015) and it was pretty crowded, but we still got to do pretty much everything we wanted to. The lines for the Crush & Gusher were small towards the end of the day so the kids kept getting back in line; I think they rode it 4 times...

We're doing the same thing and I am not scheduling a FP for it, so I can use our FPs on other rides.

I have a feeling Trump's addition might generate more traffic than usual for the HoP, if for no other reason than the sensationalism that surrounds him. We will just miss the opportunity to see it on our May trip... I'm only sorry to miss the opportunity to enjoy the AC.

U2 is headlining Bonnaroo this year. Tickets are around $350 I think, for 4 days of music. So you could pay just a little bit more and see U2 + 100 other bands :) Or, buy a single day ticket for whichever day they're playing. Single day tickets usually go on sale in April, and I'm not sure...

Well, it's just my daughter and me, and she has school on Thursday. I didn't want to be driving really late, and thought we would stop for a few groceries on the way in Friday morning. I'll think about it :)
