I was able to do a trial run because I didn't book a package with Disney. I had a room-only reservation and bought my tickets separately.

Could be something like an A&E M&G they don't have as many time slots as it's a slower time of year.

What we ended up doing was joining a facebook group from this site. Someone posted that they were going to drop two FPs for A+E. I coordinated with them to pick them up. then, the day after that, I was able to get 3 more!!! by doing 1 and 2 at a time.

We have a party of five. I'm thinking as a last resort splitting our party up as 3 and 2. What do you think?

Question about monorail outages. Is it best to just get Monorail schedule at checkin and then plan accordingly? Are people using the buses if monorail is down? Thanks.

This is what someone told me to do. Break our party up into two (say my ODD and me and my DH and YDD). My DS is the under height one. Me and my ODD get FPs for Space Mtn and my DH and YDD get FPs for SDMT. we all walk up to SDMT, get RS for DS. DH and YDD ride MT and I wait with ODD and DS...

The reason I booked it was because we couldn't get an A+E FP so I'm hoping to get ahead of the rope drop crowds.

LOL The only person who would really want to meet them is my 5YO. Maybe we'll just skip the lovely sisters! I think there will be a lot going on to distract them.

I was one at midnight at 60 days and there was not even a single A+E FP available. The next day, there was two at 9:00 PM. I could have grabbed them I guess but then it would be me and my 5YO going back to the park at 9 PM? No way. I think my problem is that I only have a 7-day stay and 5 days...

I got an Amazon Visa for this reason exactly.
