We went to the Hilton Mills House in Charleston. Absolutely gorgeous. Can walk everywhere. I highly recommend. Savannah we ended up spending the day and moving on. We’re in FL now. Thx for all the suggestions

There are many hotels for $200 and under since we’re planning on going in a week or so. Any other ideas where we can stay right on the main st there so we can walk to everything? Thanks for your response Sandy.

I would like to know where to stay at each of these cities please. I would like to stay right on the main drag so we can walk everywhere. I would not like to go over $250/night please. Thank you.

Thank you for your answer. It’s not that we want to know where to stop along the way and then continue to drive the next day. We would like to plan some side trips. I’d like to see some beautiful and or historic places along the way.

We do resort trips only at least twice a year. We LOVE it. Going for long walks, lying by the empty pools, Downtown Disney, shopping, bar hopping, resort hopping and skyliner and monorail dining. It’s a relaxing trip.

My daughter and I will be driving from Boston to Disney in January. We’d like to stop along the way for a night or two to see some beautiful sights. We don’t want our first stop to be until at least Delaware. Have any ideas or where to go any what do see and where to stay? Thank you.

Threshold towels at Target are good quality. Not sure about the price cuz it’s been a few years. They are very good quality. They were not crazy expensive.

We do it several times a year. So relaxing. We do pretty much all the things mentioned here. It’s a blast. I’m actually going again a a few weeks to do the same thing.
