I would suggest just going to the fabric store and buying some cotton broadcloth and sewing/hot gluing and painting it yourself. Fully customization!

We did these Last year on our trip, but we didn't use thread. Ingenious idea! Mine ended up looking like I had big purple spots directly on my chest in an awkward way. :(

You may want to consider buying some brown body pait or face paint (NOT acrylic paint, take it from someone who once pained their whole body green) and just paint brown lines down your arms. :)
