Grad night - one-off bad experience or the norm?

I wonder if they aren’t given a choice because they’re supposed to come together on a school van, bus etc with a chaperone. I thought I read the grad nights were for local schools only….. but I guess that means Southern California?

Grad night - one-off bad experience or the norm?

It may not be a good deal, but lots of them buy those tickets or they did last Tuesday!

Grad night - one-off bad experience or the norm?

It’s a ticket….. they buy a park hopper ticket in addition to their grad night ticket. Disney has 3 options I believe. For whatever reason, there were tons of grad nite attendees with the park hopper ticket last Tuesday.

Grad night - one-off bad experience or the norm?

All I know is we were at Disneyland and DCA last Tuesday and Wednesday- both grad nites- and it was completely nuts all day. Worse than Halloween crowds. We were fine because we go all the time and I’m finally an expert at using genie plus, but I felt so sorry for the families with young kids...

    BBB bringing your own dress?

$99.99 plus tax. If you want the photos in the carriage after the makeover, that’s an extra $40. We just did this on Sunday.

Joffrey’s is the worst. One time it was so beyond strong and bitter, I gagged. Is the coffee at Disneyland Park different in some locations? Or is it all Joffreys? The coffee at The Mint Julep is delicious.

No princess dining? Other opinions needed.

If you are going to Legoland during the week when school is in session, it’s a ghost town. Legoland on the weekends and during Christmas break is crazy crowded, but even crowded it’s a small enough park to do in one day.

Disneyland to run Incredicoaster during ‘World of Color’

This is kind of off topic, but my 7 year old finally hit 48” yesterday and rode Incredicoaster for the first time! They were closing in 4 minutes for WOC, and the lovely CM who measured her let us use the LL so we hopped right on instead of having to wait 25 minutes in line. She loved it and...

New Jazz Kitchen pic makes me want to cry

We saw it in person last week…. They’re going for some cool, ultra modern, minimalist vibe. It fails miserably. The restaurant is so generic and has no character…. Whoever came up with the idea to eradicate all traces of Nola should be fired.

    AP Blockouts - June 2024

We pay for universal studios platinum pass and it’s 💯 worth it. But it’s a steal compared to Disney’s. But I agree…. They’ll just keep raising the price because if they add blackout dates, what’s the point in purchasing it?

    AP Blockouts - June 2024

Yep…. We’ve discussed how if we were not moving, we would’ve upgraded to the top level pass. Too many darn blackout dates for believe.

    AP Blockouts - June 2024

I think they’ll keep adding more and more blackout dates…. The added blackout dates for believe in 2023 from 2022 were unreal.

    Grand Californian Super Thread

We just returned from a two night staycation at the GCH, and I am completely blown away by the service we received. We live in South OC, and have keys. My sister and my nephew flew in, so she and I split a room with the kids. I booked a standard room for one night on a magic key discount back in...

    Weather next week May 1-5

    Weather next week May 1-5

I can’t believe the weather forecast for next week. I’m in San Clemente and we get down into the 40s for lows a couple of nights. 🙈😂 Layers are your friend here, and bring a jacket. If it’s windy, 60s and 50s will feel very cold in Anaheim.
