If I booked a dining reservation in the park during extra magic hour/magic morning, can we still get into the park before park opening for our dining reservation even though the tickets that we have do not give us magic morning and we are not staying at a Disney hotel?

You would have to call photo support or email them to ask them to take the watermarks off. Sometimes they're really fast at taking them off and sometimes they're slow and they miss it.
