We just booked! This will be our 2nd time on the Magic and 3rd Disney cruise. It will be myself, husband and 2 kids (10 & 8). I've never booked a cruise this far in advance. I'm not good at waiting! :(
We took our daughter as an infant with her brother who was 3. We had an awesome time and have been one or two times a year since then. It was great to go before they were 3 because they were free and we still enjoyed everything that we wanted to do.
We loved our Disney Cruise. It was a super easy vacation with our kids. It is a little pricey however; some other cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean would be fun as well.
Rain ponchos-- we always bring our own and have ended up using them on most trips. It saves us from kids fussing about being wet and having to pay for them while we are there.
I think memory maker was worth it and we enjoyed having all the pictures. We did make an effort to take our picture whenever we saw a photographer so that we could get our money's worth. We also very much enjoyed the on ride videos.
