I'd do it in a heartbeat. DH is not a huge Disney fan, and I have done trips on my own with our kids before (4 kids, currently aged 11, 10, 6, and 4).

I wouldn't do DHS with a toddler. There just isn't much there for them. I'd be much more inclined to do Animal Kingdom. But most likely with only 3 days I'd just do MK, Epcot, MK

My kids LOVED the pressed pennies. Most were .51 I believe. Two quarters and a penny. Cheapest souvenir in Disney ;) and we bought the pressed penny book, definitely less than $10

Don't stress yourself out trying to make it magical. Any kid who has the opportunity to go to Disney World has a magical life :)

There are also several dress shops that sell comfortable little girls dresses. Not sure if I am supposed to put names here but we liked Little Dress Up Shop. They make their dresses with the parks in mind so comfortable fabrics and designs.
